Microcomputer controlled DC power supply panel CLB-GZDW-2/3/4 are designed for various electrical capacity equipment users, of which the system configuration is composed of monitoring module, rectifier module, AC/DC monitoring module, insulation monitoring module, the battery inspection module, switch quantity monitoring module, voltage reduction module, power distribution unit, accumulator and cabinets. ① Current calculation
  The configuration of the rectifier module is mainly determined by the maximum constant load current and battery charging current C10(battery capacity). The total rated output current of all modules should be greater than or equal to the sum of the maximum constant load current and battery charging current of the system。If N+1 redundancy is to be realized, one more module should be added on the basis of the original number

capacity calculation

 The capacity of the battery is determined by the maximum instantaneous load of the system which are in the state of power failure, and the surplus must be appropriately increased in combination with the actual situation.The system load is divided into constant load (Izc), emergency load (Isg) and impact load (Ihz).The constant load mainly includes the frequently charged relay, signal lamp and other electrical equipment connected to the DC system. The emergency load is the load that must be power supplied by the dc system when the power is cut off due to the loss of ac power in the power substation, mainly for accident lighting.The impact load is mainly the sum of the borne loads of which the short (0.1~ 0.5s) closing impact current and with its DC bus.The maximum instantaneous load is the sum of the above three loads, namely the maximum instantaneous load of the battery Imax=Izc+Isg+Ihz, then the battery capacity =Imax/ battery discharge rate * reserve coefficient (Ah)。

(1) The discharge rate of maintenance-free lead-acid batteries is usually 0.1。
(2) The above calculation method can achieve the continuous discharge for 1 hour of the system which is in the state of power failure

(3)
The remaining battery capacity shall not be less than 25 of the rated capacity to avoid excessive discharge of battery when the battery is closed at the end of discharge。
(4)
Considering the decaying capacity at the end of battery aging, the reserve coefficient of 1.2 is generally chosen。
